Established in 2004 by visionary founder Mr. Sarfraz Asif, NLCON pioneered private nursing education in Pakistan—breaking new ground in a field previously led only by government and NGOs. Supported by his father Mr. Sharif Asim, brother Mr. Kashif, and dedicated colleagues, Mr. Asif’s initiative reshaped the landscape of nursing education and inspired many to follow, particularly across Sindh.
Beginning with its first batch in 2005, offering a 3‑year General Nursing Diploma, NLCON has steadily grown in scope and reputation. Today, it proudly holds recognition and approval from:
- Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC)
- Government of Sindh
- Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro
- Sindh Nurses Examination Board (SNEB), Karachi
The New Life School & College of Nursing (NLSCON) is committed to delivering modern, competency‑based nursing education at an affordable cost. With a strong foundation built on vision and dedication, NLSCON empowers its students to excel in their careers while serving the greater cause of healthcare in Pakistan and beyond.
Guided by innovation, integrity, and excellence, NLSCON continues to lead the way in shaping the nursing profession, preparing compassionate, skilled professionals who are ready to meet the evolving challenges of global healthcare.
